I was picked up at the VT airport relatively quickly. Driver who picked me up was very friendly and was kind enough to make some recommendations on where to eat. Staff behind counter could have been a little faster in meeting customers needs at the counter. There was a wait to be helped. Overall they did a pretty good job. My problem is with corporate and their inability to help my aviation company find a solution for dropping cars off at the airport. Their lack of billing accuracy is despicable and has caused an accounting nightmare. Their failure to understand what my businesses needs are and their inability to help me find a solution has frustrated me to the point where I now have to call the hair club for men. Thank you Enterprise. You were just stellar.
Great staff, fast and friendly service. Awesome vehicles to choose from. Went to pick up and was in and out in 10 minutes and when I dropped off it took less than 5 minutes.
At first my experience was good then when I put something in the driver's door cup holder I heard some metal clicking around look in to see what it was and it was beer caps and a cigarette pack so I go to enterprise to show someone said that they were sorry and to let them know if there is anything they could do to make it up to me I said okay thanks then left. Then the repair shop calls me at 3:30 to tell me my car is ready I'm at work and don't get off until everything is closed so I have to drop off the rental the next day. I told them when I got the car to let me know when I'm getting close to 900.00 cause that's the limit I have for the rental coverage on my insurance. No one told me that cause I took it back the next day at 1 that I caused me to go over so when I drop it off I'm told the insurance has to approve the 1 day and then I'll get my deposit back when I call 4 days later I'm told I'm not getting my full deposit back just 26.00 cause I had went over and when I talked to them they made seem like the body shop and my insurance company should have told me and then I bring up about the beer caps and they acted like I should have said something about compensation that day I will never use again because if I would have gotten pulled over if the officer saw those in the driver door I would have gotten a dui I would have to fight against and then they don't let me know when I'm going over and want to nickel and dime me never again
It gets crazy busy here at times, but it's otherwise a very nice office with nice staff.
Update they sent a reply I replied to 3 different people the last person was in may and the never got back in touch with me about anything they would just tell me to contact this person and then this person this company don't care about the customers in my opinion as you can see someone responded to my complaint on here but still did nothing seems like they just responded to make them look good to other but when you reply back nothing happens. Enterprise will never get my business ever again
Staff are always polite and efficient. I usually book online, which is quite easy. The cars on site are great cars although it would be nice if they had an electric car as well, hence the 4 star rating. I like having the Enterprise frequent renter card.
