Best dentist office I have ever went to. Took my daughter for an extraction and filling and they were wonderful with her. Would recommend this dentist office to any one. They are polite and very nice and truly want to help your kids.
The staff and Dr. are fantastic! They are all very friendly and professional when treating the young patient. My son was very comfortable during the entire appointment, never complained or cried. I would recommend this office to everyone!
The doctor and nurse were friendly and did good with my son, however they chased me out the door whole I'm trying to get my "drunk" son to the car. I then had to drag him back in just to pay, when I already paid an amount ahead of time to even make the appointment. I don't care for their process. They could have came and got my card ahead of time while we were in recovery and comfortable. Or held my card until they knew how much it was going to be then brought it back to me. My son was crying and stumbling while we were made to pay. Bill me was not an option, like every other doctor. Very irritating.
The office is very welcoming! With the colorful decor, kid friendly touches, and a toy room, my son forgot he was nervous and happily went in to wait. ALL of the staff are very friendly and child focused. The hygienist was happy and patient. She allowed my son time to talk and feel comfortable before starting his visit. She showed him each tool and explained what she was going to do and answered questions. Even the person to do the check out took time to talk to my son and make him feel welcome there! My son had a wonderful visit from start to finish!
