I went out to grab a phone card. Well it was after 11pm and I knew usually there are not that busy. Well I went to checkout and realized I needed tobacco products but know one was near them. So I went to the self checkout since those were the one registers open and I asked the cashier there to get my cigarettes and she got hateful. So needless to say I got angry and left. But what really got me was that the woman running the self checkouts was very rude and even raised her voice at me. I wish there was another store that was 24/7 like here cause if so I would never go back, but unfortunately it's not. But my past few visits here have been some of my worst customer service experiences.
I personally just want to thank your Employee Tom in the electronics dept for all the help and his honesty . It is not every day we get to meet true genuine people like him . Thank you Tom and God Bless
Went to pick up a much needed prescription. Their credit card system was down and they could only accept cash or check. I had neither in me so I was unable to get what I needed. The employees did not seem concerned about this issue.
I wanted to buy a pair of binoculars for my son. I stood in aisle and asked, in a audible voice, "Does anybody work here? " No one came to help and when I found someone they told me it was too late to buy binoculars because binoculars are in the gun area. If someone had been there to help me, I would have had the binoculars before 10pm.
One of better Wal-Mart's in the area. Store does need more sporting goods in my own personal opinion.
