Bad customer service. Very rude. Unable to help with anything...and extremely slow! Except for the manager michael...he's very nice...the people who work under him need to learn some customer service skills. Will never be going back.
I dealt with a employee name Julie, who helped me get a new phone after my old phone had met its end. Julie quite remarkably went well out of her way to help sort of the usual problems everyone has to deal with with Sprint, switching phones, call centers, their billing system, etc. She was able to work around my constraints and the need to have a phone that same day. Julie accomplished the uncommon feat nowadays of treating a customer like a fellow human being. I've dealt with dozens of sprint employees in the past, both in person and on the phone, and I doubt I'll ever get the same degree as customer satisfaction, honesty and genuine care again. Thanks again Julie!
I never write reviews but i can't get in touch with a manager so I'm hoping them and Sprint both see this instead. My girlfriend and i went to the kiosk to get her S8. We told them what we wanted, how we wanted it and that were on a time crunch. We dealt with two gentlemen, Tyler and Zach. Tyler was very professional, he tried his best to fix our issue, and sought help when he couldn't fix it himself. Zach on the other hand was very rude, cursed when he couldn't figure out the issue, did not pay any attention to us due to an internal issue they were having with missing money from the drawers. When Tyler tried to help us, Zach called Tyler away from us multiple times to figure out their internal issue on OUR time. A half hour process took 2 and a half hours and it would've taken longer had i not asked Zach for some customer service. And on top of that, Zach did not activate her device, print out our agreements and he added a second line to our account without our consent (good thing I'm not a lawyer). This is our 2nd and last time going to this kiosk. Sprint should be disappointed because we sure are.
It would be super if anyone ever answered the phone at this location.....
