I called and wanted to send my Grandmother flowers but on a budget and they accommodated me and my price range and the arrangement was wonderful! Very Satisfied customer.

Gates did my bridal bouquet and boutonnieres for my wedding. I absolutely loved my bouquet. very reasonably priced and was better than I even thought it would be! Very nice and helpful! I I would definitely buy from here again! even worked us in. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely buy from again :-)
I came to Gates for my small wedding with photos and designs of exactly what I wanted, but they did what they wanted instead. Babys breath all over and I wrote "no babys breath" on my notes. They did refund the boutineers but all of the flowers were not as expected. She refused to take my design notes and photos - acted like she was better than me - - - and it was MY wedding! So, go to Gates if you dont care and want someone else to do it their way, but if you have any distinct ideas of what you want, go somewhere else.
They've gotten me into and out of trouble many times. Being a dick at home requires very nice flowers and they deliver every time... literally they deliver so I don't have to waste my time. Jokes aside it's a very nice older shop with great employees
