UPDATE: We my situation got resolved in the best way for me as a customer. They just brought another TV, same size, same features but different brand, to replace my old one which couldn't be fixed. I am a happy customer again so five stars on my review.
Took my smart TV back for service to them 2 months ago, 60 days. It had 2 black spots on the screen, like dead pixels. I've tried to get my TV back, witch is full paid now, and every time I go to the store they can't give me an answer bcz the manager is out that day, come on, I wish I can get as many days off as this guy does... Planning to call BBB to start a complain about this... Yes, it's been 2 months!!!
Worst service ever. Paid my bill on time, every time, and for a long time. Tried to make a reasonable payment arrangement, because I had to actually be late for once. They made a payment arrangement with me, but they started to come by my home every day, and they would pound on my door in a manner that a mafia don would. They also unrelentingly called and harassed my references at all hours. Just to reiterate, they made a payment arrangement with me and this is how they treat their customers. I would have appreciated it more, if they flat out told me that they would not work with me.
Best experince ever. The most friendlyest people every u would ever meet. They always work with me.
If you're looking to pay 3 times more than something is worth, go for it.
