This is a awesome place to get in shape while learning some self defense while your at it. Gina and Jerry are great instructors, and every time I go there seems to be about 8-12 people in there, so you get really personalized feeling when you go there. Great for people like me who need somebody on my tail to get me to really work out and sweat. Also you don't really hit anybody, which is what I was worried about when I first came lol. I'd recommend it to anybody!
