Has everything you can ask for! Full combat fitness program to get you in shape with a great group of people to empower, inspire, and motivate you. Also love the BJJ program. The facility is like nothing else in the area. Have to check it out!
I joined Tech MMA 3 years ago and that is a decision I am forever grateful that I made. Not only do I have some of the best coaches around but my teammates are like family. I constantly look forward to the next time I can make it to class. With the martial programs available and the facility like no other around,it is a hands down no brainer to join here. Highly recommend coming and trying a free trial week.

I have been at Tech MMA and Fitness Academy for about a year and a half. It has become a very positive part of my life. The instructors provide a comfortable, yet challenging learning environment, and are very encouraging and approachable for beginners and those less confident in their abilities. The fitness routines are diverse and unique to building skills necessary for mixed martial arts. The MMA classes are challenging, but catered to all skill levels. I have had a lot of fun during my time here and have met some wonderful people! I am also grateful to work with the instructors and the friends I have made to pursue my wellness and MMA goals.
