Worse Service Ever! Calling a pizza from this place can turn into real challenge. I've been ordering from this pizza hut for three months and I've never gotten so angry at a fast food delivery place in my life! I cannot overemphasize the incompetency of this place! Obviously this town has a serious lack of good fast food delivery services and this Pizza Hut has survived only because people have little choice. What this town needs is some quality delivery services. Please, if there are any out there, respond to this post!
If you want your pizza 30mins to an hour late order from here. Happeneds everytime. They don't care ethier that they suck.
I bring my family this yesterday to enjoy,first it was empty...no costumers...so the lady usin glasses serve to us ask and we told 3 time what kinda pizza..so we wait 20 min and come wit the wrong pizza...so we told what we want agein ,so she when back to the kitchen and make us pizza where i not undertand bec i saw 3 guys workin in tje kitchen and it was noubody in the Store, so the costumers star walk in and of course she offer them the wrong pizza that she bring to us,and sold to them....then sombody turn that a/c inside the store....waooo....so i am not goin juge this lady but i can notice the drugs problem on her,also pickin a piece pizza from the Buffett area and eatin her self...she call her self a manager...i could take a video. But i never spect this...never agein acthualy i was goin do my son birthday there but nahhh...no afther this esperience...they should close the store afther what i saw....uff...way out of the limit...
This pizza hut has went downhill. I was a very usual customer, at least once a week to every other week. Foods always taking too long to make after being told a time to pick up, usually cold. Crust has been burnt. People making pizza In the back where customers can see it aren't wearing gloves. Watched a girl go from the front line to helping make pizza without washing her hands first and then didn't put on gloves. I came 25 minutes later after ordering my last time, I was told 20 minutes on the phone, and sat there another 30 or more minutes with my 2 year old waiting for it with several others who were still waiting over their told times, too. My order was a simple dinner box. Not to mention the lobby is dirty more times than none when you go in anymore. The time before that they said 15 minutes, my husband went to pick up and waited another 45. We haven't been back since the last two experiences.
This place needs to be shut down. Nothing but problems with the quality of pizza and the delivery. I guess Pizza Hut is a thing in the past. Used to be a great company but when they mess up. It’s somehow your fault. Will be contacting corporate for sure. This place needs to be under new management.
