Crockett H.I. build 3 deck roofs on our home over existing decks and a staircase. Everything went very well and they were punctual and and the carpenters were super knowledgeable and skilled...for about a month. We were quite impressed and were definitely planning on hiring them again. But then, when 99% of the work was done, they just stopped showing up and things fell apart. This was over a month ago. They left several fist-sized holes into our roof and we have since found 2 mice in the house...let's hope that's all and there aren't raccoons living in our attic. There are also a few other small issues that haven't been addressed, mainly cosmetic. I have called them several times and I was assured the problems would be fixed soon but they haven't been true to their word. The other part of our agreed upon project is the replacement of our back door, which has also not been done. At this point my hopes aren't high for this project and we will most likely hire someone else to finish the job. I have never been made to feel so unimportant as a customer before and this is unacceptable.
They've been around for a long time for a reason. They get things done and will handle projects others balk at.
Good honest Contractor, I will be using them again in the future.
Crockett Home Improvement has worked on my home many times. From putting a decorative fence around the carport to building a retaining wall to completely replacing the electrical fuse box, Crockett Home Improvement has done a fantastic job each time. Every chance I get to promote Mr. George Crockett and his company and employees I will. He many cost a little bit more but you know the job will be done correctly and will be done to the customer's satisfaction. I will also use Crockett Home Improvement for anything done on my home.
George Crockett helped handle repairs after my house flooded and was very professional, caught mistakes the adjuster had overlooked, and was on time with all the repairs. Highly recommended!!
