I like this store. Well organised and not too cluttered. A wide variety of professional and casual kit. Is a bit pricey though.
They are terrible about making deals and then taking them back the next day. Communication between employees and managers is awful. Their solution to fixing issues with customers is making a sad face and saying "sorry". Basically the name says it all.
Service is poor, visited at 11:00 am on 9/30/2017 and couldn't find anyone to help me in the shoe area, very illusive. Management walking around smiling but not offering help at all, waited 5 minutes for help with shoes in hand.
Large selection of clothing and sporting goods. Clean, neat and brightly turned-out store.
