Awesome, the self storage was very cheap. I got a 10 x 20 storage unit to store all my college stuff over the summer. For the whole summer it was less than $100 a month! The guy who helped my was very nice too. Definitely recommend this to anyone. I will definitely be using this self storage in the future.
We rented a unit at Craft Self Storage for the summer to store some of our daughter's belongings. Mr. Craft was very helpful and professional. He worked with us at the last minute. The unit was new, clean and the place secure and safe. When we entered on a weekend when no one was on site, we had no problems using our code to get in. The directions we were given were excellent. I highly recommend Craft Self Storage.
Great, one-on-one customer service. Each time I called, the phone was picked up almost immediately and the conversations were pleasant and understanding. Also, the units themselves were great, as they kept all of my belongings clean and dry.

This is a place you can rent from with confidence that you will be treated fairly. Great for Virginia Tech students who need to store things over the summer or during Co-Op.

Mr. Craft is the best and renting from him is something I would do again in a heartbeat if I ever need another storage unit in this area. I had my unit for over five years and never once questioned the safety of the area or of my things that were being stored.
