This small animal hospital is open 24 hours A-day, 7 days a week. It is a perfect place to take an animal in case of an emergency. They are a little pricey, but the peace of mind is worth it when your pet is hurt.
We drove almost 2 hours to get there to save my cat from dying. When we got to the vet, it was a little too late. First time going there, they charged us nothing to put my cat down. I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you. Amazing place.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. We adopted a cat when she was 4 months old, and was told she was spayed. 3 months later, our cat is in heat! So I call, they are all very unhelpful. They told me I would have to pay a fee to get her fixed after I was already told she was spayed! The kitten coordinater ARGUED with me on the phone, rudely interrupted me SEVERAL times. This place is a highly NOT recommended!!! I was NOT impressed.
The support staff is inept and rude. I have had several poor encounters with them including failing to return phone calls, and not even notifying me that my dog's grooming was complete. The worst part is, they charge you to even ask questions. They do not allow you to call and ask a question about your pet. They charge $20 to brush teeth during a groom - that is HALF the price of the groom/bath!! They upcharge for everything without notice. Aside from the hours, find another place in town with nicer and smarter staff.
This very is soo expensive. My cat has a blocked urethra, and they wanted 888.25 for 1 day when treatment is typically 3. So after some talking and seeing what we could. Do on a realistic budget they came down to 612.00 for 24 hours. When I went to pick up my cat, his tail and back legs were drenched with urine and blood. They didn't even take time to clean my cat up. That's horrible bedside manor. I had to go home and take warm cloths to him to clean him up and try to get rid of some. Of the urine smell. This place only cares about money. If you care about your pets and are on a budget this is not the place for you. If they can let my cat obviously lay in his own pee for hours on end then what are they doing with your pet???
