The staff I interacted with all seemed genuinely happy to be working there, and I was definitely made to feel like a valued customer.
Then they spent about an hour teaching her about the GPS system - that took a little longer than expected; a learning curve for both the tech [with Anthony's help, of course] and Jan!
I didn't wait in the service area, since I had to head back to work, but it had plenty of free drinks and snacks, and was clean, comfortable, well-lit, and has plenty of windows.

John Nixon at Toyota was great to deal with. He listened well, answered tons of questions over several days and did a top notch job accommodating all of our needs. Everyone at Shelor was helpful and easy to work with. We have had many Toyotas over the years because of their superior quality and reliability and we love our new hybrid Rav4.
My overall experience with Shelor, and especially with service employee Brad, has been phenomenal. After 3 recalls on my Corolla, I was feeling a bit frustrated, and he worked with me through every tedious month, which made the wait for my replacement airbags so much more bearable. It was a joy working with him. Although I am not yet ready to look for a replacement for my Corolla, I will certainly make Shelor Toyota my first stop when I do. Love the car, despite the recall problems. They are amazing vehicles.
