Scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and was told one employee had left but it should only be a few minutes. No big deal, things happen and I was fine to wait a few minutes. 30 minutes go by and no update on how long it'll be nor any "we're sorry for the wait", just no acknowledgement whatsoever. At this point it's been a frustrating experience but one of the employees was finishing up so I waited a bit longer. That employee then comes over and gets the walk-in customer and takes them back, not even acknowledging that I had been waiting and that I had an appointment scheduled and had been waiting for 30+ minutes. At that point that was strike 3 and I left. Incredibly unprofessional and very off-putting for a place that I've used regularly in the past and drove 45 minutes to go to.
I LOVE coming here, it's such a great salon and he staff are so sweet and this place just feels so comfortable for me to go, I get my hair and my kids hair cut by Olivia and she is amazing, my husband gets his hair cut with Taylor and she does a perfect job on his hair. Love this place!!
Sweet, sweet girls there. I enjoyed my experience and left feeling pretty happy, even though I didn't really get time to look at it (my fault, I was in a hurry). Once I got home, my fiance noticed that the left side was a significant inch longer than the right side....And that's what a cut is all about, how it looks.
My husband is a veteran and has always has the standard army haircut, Taylor did an outstanding job on his hair and he literally would prefer to drive 3 hours to my dads once a month to get his hair cut hem go somewhere else. I'm not sure why this lady made reference to her graduating high school but she cuts hair like one hell of a stylist. I wanted to defend her against that comment. We are not friends or anything like that she just does an amazing job at cutting hair. And my husband has Thick Spanish hair that shows when someone cuts it good or not very easy. Just an FYI to other people who read that comment from Barbara white, it's bogus !
This is my favorite place to get my hair cut. They offer haircuts for men and women along with coloring and perms.
