Terrible experience. Waited to be seated for over 30 minutes just to find half the place was empty. Tons of staff and tons of seating. I seriously think there were more employees than customers but we still had to wait forever. Waited easily ten minutes for a server. It was so cold it was hard to eat. Finally, my salad came and the lettuce was old and brown. The shrimp was nothing to brag about either. I could have had a better seafood experience at Long John Silvers without the wait and a fourth of the price. Terrible.
We waited close to an hour to be seated - but it was family weekend at Radford University, so we expected it to be busy. The service was slow and the lobster was terrible. It was overcooked and rubbery. Very disappointing. The non-seafood items were good.
Love love love this place. Everything was so amazing. And the cheese. Read was so good I ate like three of them by myself hahaha we went there for Shane's 24 birthday.
Service was poor and food was terrible. Overcooked and rubbery shrimp. I was given some coupons for a free meal to make up for my experience but I haven't had a chance to use them yet. So even though my experience with the food wasn't great, the customer service is good. I just wish the effort was put in before a customer had to have a discouraging experience.
My daughter and I had the endless shrimp. Delish and more than we could eat. Shannon was our server. He is always a pleasant and thoughtful server. I highly recommend him as well as the restaurant.
