Went today not looking for anything specific, and found a game that happened to be a Mature Rated game. Not thinking, I went to the counter to purchase it and the short haired lady asked me for my I.D. I told her "Yes I have I.D. but Im not old enough.". (Just realising it myself). Jokingly I said "Well I'll be 17 in a month.". She then responded with a rude sarcastic attitude telling me "Well you can come back in a month a buy it!". I will not but doing any further business at this video game retailer. I've had many issues like this before where the customer is not treated appropriately.
A Great Place To Buy Video Games
I use to shop at gamestop and I'm a powerup rewards pro member. However, after finding out about best buys gamers unlocked club i no longer shop at any gamestop. I can get 20 percent off NEW games and pay almost the same fee that gamestop charges for their yearly subscriptions. The only thing I'm missing are the magazine's, which always came late in the month anyways
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Some good deals and a wide selection of items make this a nice place to shop.
Well laid out store. Sales guy was engaging without being too pushy. Too expensive compared to Internet stores but had some interesting stuff to browse through.
