When you buy an expensive spa, you hope everything goes perfectly. Sometimes, mechanical devices don't cooperate. The folks at Little River can be counted on to stand behind you when things don't go right and resolve the problems with the manufacturers. They are a pleasure to work with and always do the right thing. Two years after buying our spa, I'm still a huge fan of this family run business and always recommend them.
After not being pleased with the people we purchased our hot tub from, I went to Little River to have my water tested. They were very helpful. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back. I would absolutely recommend!

Very expensive and selling me a year old model as though it was the new model. The people there are very nice a great "sales" people. You will not get the best price and will he told "lots" of stories. Take everything said with a grain of salt. Several other places to check before you buy, I personally paid almost $2k more than my spa is worth...buyer beware.
