Rebecca is the best. I hit the jackpot when I took a chance making an appointment with her in 2007. She cut, highlighted and colored my hair for several years until I moved out of the area. I I have been to numerous salons and stylists in cities like Houston, Philadelphia and Cincinnati since and when we moved back to the NRV in 2013 I knew exactly who I'd be visiting for my hair appointments. Rebecca picked back up with a great new style that fit my face, personality and lifestyle and made me feel brighter with beautiful highlights. Her eyebrow waxing is also meticulous and perfect.

Rebecca is excellent! She is the former owner of another salon and I have been going to her for 4 years now. She is very enjoyable as a person and does an exceptional job cutting my and many other people's hair who followed her over to Bliss when she opened her new salon.
