Stylist Vanessa did a good job on my daughter's hair twice. The problem is they do not keep their posted hours. They stood us up for the second time today and we will not be back. I called last week for a Tuesday appointment at 3. I get there and the door is locked. I understand things happen and called Wednesday morning. I was told to come at 3 sharp! I got there are 2:29. The door is locked the Sorry We Are Closed sign is back on the door. That is it for me.
