My boyfriend and I went here for a 1 hour couple's massage and it was absolutely wonderful. A very tranquil environment and from the moment we entered until we left, we felt very welcomed and comfortable.
Wonderful experience! Very accommodating and friendly (called this morning and was seen early this afternoon) I was scheduled with the owner of the practice (Korena) and she was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had a 30 minute pregnancy massage and Korena who asked me several times about pressure and positioning. She gave me extra time out of the goodness of her heart and charged me the normal rate. I am very picky about my massages as I am also a massage therapist and physical therapist assistant. Being new the the Blacksburg/ Christiansburg area I would highly recommend Pampered Healing Massage and Day Spa. It's really hard to find a massage practice that strives for quality care versus quantity care!
This was an amazing experience. Korena took time before the massage to get to know me and what I needed from my massage, making my experience very personal. She was great conversation throughout my massage while really putting my mind and body at ease. She and her husband were very careful with me, since I am pregnant with super sensitive skin. They actually worked overtime to make sure she got the knots out of my back. After my massage, we sat around for a few minutes and just talked. They all have wonderful souls and are fantastic Christians. It meant a lot to me to be able to talk about my faith with like minded people. (It is important to note that I brought up a faith discussion, she never assumed I was religious.) I had a wonderful massage, facial, and foot treatment with wonderful souls. I didn't want to go to a corporate spa where I was moved through their schedule like cattle; their personal touch made all of the difference to me. I will definitely be returning!
Korina and Tony are by far, the best massage therapist in town! They are both super friendly and always give the best customer service. They truly care that their customers are satisfied with their visit. Their massage pressure is perfect for my husband and I, and definitely our favorite spot for a relaxing massage! Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. And Nancy, the Office Manager, is a sweetheart! She does everything she can to make your visit accommodating.
This place is the best because it is my tried and true! I have gotten some certificates for other places but nothing else compares. My massage today was super relaxing. I make sure this is in my budget because I need a way to get rid of stress. I have been coming here for years. Today my facial was the ultimate. The LED light was new to me but I really liked it. The office staff at Pampered Healing always go above and beyond. Great atmosphere! I truly recommend massage and facials here at Pampered Healing. Tell em I sent ya!
