Friendly, honest service.
The customer service here is horrendous at best. I was giving my elderly mother a ride home after she was dropping her vehicle off for service. She happens to be deathly afraid of dogs, a fact she advised the owner of days before bringing her vehicle in. (The owner assured her at that time that her fear would be accommodated and that he would simply put the dog away, if necessary, when she brought her car in). On the morning of service, she saw the shop dog and couldn't bring herself to get out of her car to deliver her keys to the office. I got of my vehicle to assist her and assure her that the dog looked to be very calm and friendly. I petted the lovely dog and spoke kindly of its demeanor. She agreed to follow me into the office if I accompanied her. When we walked into the office, the owner proceeded to sneer angrily at us and say, "If you don't like dogs you can just leave....Just leave, that's the way it is." He then proceeded to compare me to his dog as if we weren't standing right in front of him, stating "I guess she just don't understand that the way she is acting would be the same thing as if I was afraid of her daughter." He then walked away without taking my mother's information or the key to her vehicle, leaving us to wait for someone else in the shop to assist us. I tried to talk my mother out of trusting her vehicle with someone who has so little disregard for her situation or appreciation of her business, but she is nicer than I am. I only patronize businesses that know how to put respect on my name. Anyone who has this same philosophy may wish to find another mechanic.
Experts at work!!! These guys are real pros. I had a terrible problem with my pickup that four other places failed to fix. Those guys charged me nearly $5k and took over a year. Don found the problem and fixed it for $300 bucks. In addition, he through in an inspection and fixed my broken windshield wiper no extra charge and without me asking. They may be a little slower than the other "drive by" outfits and not as focused on "selling" you, but their expertise is worth the wait. Highly recommend!!!
All these people talking about customer service need to stop. This man and good staff know cars. The work is excellent and thorough. He keeps you in the loop throughout the entire process. I won't take my car anywhere else. Outstanding!
