We called today from the interstate because we were hearing some noises from our brakes. The gentleman indicated they were busy today but would fit us in because they treated travelers as if they would want to be treated if they were on the road themselves. As soon as we arrived, Chris took our Suburban for a test drive, pulled the wheels and found the issue. Within an hour we had new rear pads on the vehicle and were on our way. Cannot thank the team at Poole Brothers enough for their kind service. Very reasonable price for the service as well, same as my local mechanic back home.

Took my vehicle here and dropped it off overnight, unexpectedly. I had to call the next day to check the status of it. I was told I needed multiple parts and that they were working on a quote. Because my vehicle needed tires as well, I asked them to quote those for me. Angel called me back, but was unable to answer any questions regarding the quote. I was quoted at $425-450, without tires. After multiple phone calls to get my questions answered, a gentleman called me back and quoted me $490. I questioned that because it was more than the original and was told it was for coolant! $40 for coolant? Still no quote on tires. I called back and told them to put my keys under the mat; that I would be picking it up later that afternoon. At 5:10 that afternoon, Angel called and asked if I was picking the vehicle up because there was a $38 diagnostic fee that she failed to mention when earlier when I told her to put the keys under the mat. I had no way to get there to pay that day because my family was relying on one vehicle. She told me that she would figure something out and call me back, however, she never called me back. All my contact information was available from my drop-off envelope. It isn't like they didn't have a way to contact me to get their $38. When we arrived to get the jeep after hours (8pm), the jeep was locked. By chance, there were people there who let us in. The keys were inside the building, not where I asked them to be left. Their quote was overpriced for what I needed done. I found somewhere else that could do it for $150 less. If someone is going to call to give quote information, they need to have some idea of what the quote actually means. I would not recommend this place.
Took forever for anow oil change, when I got my vehicle back ito would barely start. Next day, won't start at all. I call to ask if they will fix ithe and the woman says she needs to call me back. Never called back. Complete garbage business. They will give your car back worse off and then won't even fix it. Beware.
I'm sure these guys can be great mechanics but I've tried giving them a chance 3 different times and each time I have been lied to and overcharged for labor and parts so they no longer have my trust nor my business. The first time was just a state inspection with my truck and they took about 2 hours to get done after being told it would be 45 minutes max even after my scheduled appointment that was scheduled a week in advanced. The second time they tried to convince me that my truck needed certain work done to it when it really didn't and when they gave me the quote of parts and labor it was outrageous. The third and last time, my wife took her car in for inspection and they took advantage of a woman and severely overcharged her for a part that isn't necessary for a state inspection. They use to seem like good people but do not seem that way at their new place. The person who once recommended them to us no longer will take their cars to them either.
This place is awsome. They care about the customers saftey first. Honest truste worthy people. They have shuttle service that will take you to work and pick you back up after work to take to pick up your ride all fixed, vacumed and clean for your new adventures. Locally owned support your local small bussiness and give back to your community.
