Customer service and communication is lacking! Their system is terrible, they can't find customers or products they've purchased that they no longer sell on your own account! In an attempt to help explain how bad the system is in Zales, another associate told me it wasn't just my account, it took him "hours to find a customer"!!!! I was not comfortable leaving my wedding set for them to send off for sizing and cleaning despite having purchased both there!! It took almost 30 minutes just to leave it with them. They kept asking questions (felt like an interrogation) to try to find me and the Rings in their computer, but didn't bother explaining why until I had to repeatedly ask the same questions.
Stood in line for 15 minutes left and came back. The second time I stood there for 40 minutes no service with only two other people in the store. Not only that but another couple came in 25 minutes after me and we're seen before me. I was completely ignored by one person while she played with someones kid and the other skipped me. Just wanted to purchase a necklace and found out they didn't even have it other than display after a total of 60 minutes wasted of my life. Will be contacting manager would never recommend this store awful service worse I've ever been treated!
The sales people were very nice and very helpful and did their best to help me get the nicest ring I could for the lowest possible price. I'm very happy with my ring and with the price and service. Highly recommend.
