Overall crew, front desk, breakfast was awesome. Great place to stay. I highly recommend. Close to I-81.
Absolutely loved this hotel. The employees and owner's were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were immaculate especially for the deal rates they give. I had one complaint and was upset and thought of staying elsewhere this week when I travel back but the gentleman working the check in was very helpful. My 2 year old was with me and some children from the 1st floor were screaming and hollering all day and shaking the floors playing chase on the 2nd floor with no parents around anywhere. I had asked them to please quiet down because they had woke my son up from his nap 4 times previously. I had my belonging packed and was going elsewhere. I stopped in the office and the employee went right out and handled it. I do plan on checking back in again this week. Hopefully, we get to enjoy the pool and the 1st floor this time. I recommend this hotel over the high end ones any day. Slept well and enjoyed our 2 day stay this weekend.
I HOPE I'M GONNA BE CHECKING IN TOMORROW... THIS IS HALF WAY BETWEEN MY DAUGHTER'S AND MY HOUSE... WE HAVE STAYED HERE 2 TIMES ABOUT TO MAKE IT 3... THE STAFF ARE SOME OF THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET... FUNNY THING, BEFORE THEY BOUGHT THIS HOTEL THEY LIVED ONLY A FEW MILES FROM MY STERLING HOME... WE HAVE ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE... I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS, AND SOME AREN'T SO GOOD, YOU CAN TELL THEY HAVE PUT A LOT OF WORK TO MAKE EVERYTHING SO NICE... SEE YA TOMORROW...
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as expected and advertised. Their breakfast is better than most, including a large selection. I would definitely stay again.
This place is much bigger than it looks from the road with many rooms to choose from. Management encourages loyalty from his customers and is more than willing to reward those who are true to their and book with him in the future. Friendliest and most helpful people from housekeeping all the way up to upper management. Will book with no one else while staying in the Blacksburg/ Christiansburg area
