AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I promise you, you will leave this place feeling like you got ripped off somehow, even if you can't immediately identify how. Slimy place..seriously. Slimy guy running the place. Everything about this place made me feel uneasy. The dude working there, the "insurance" they tried to get me to buy, the details of the contract, the policies.
If you are looking at this... go somewhere else. You might look online and go, "Oh, sweet. I can rent a truck for a day/week and pay X dollars." Wrong. Whatever you think you're gonna pay based on what's written online is wrong. This guy will charge you more. And then he'll charge you this "fee" for "X" thing. Such a greasy, slimy place. Never going back. Probably avoiding Budget as a company now.
I'm unsure if I just got a different guy, but I had a great experience with this location. It looks a little rough outside, but the guy who gave me the truck was courteous, nice, and helpful.
Where do I begin.....Well the parking lot is small and full of holes and full of beat up run down cars presumably for sale. Not to mention it looks like an old gas station/used dirt lot/old car mechanic shop that smells of mildew. And the man running the place was not to polite. I understand that when renting a rental moving truck, when you return the vehicle you return it with a full tank. I returned it with 3/4. Reason being is because I am broke thus the reason why I went with budget instead of the other higher priced companies. The man working there felt like it's not his job to fill the truck up. And got a certain attitude towards the situation. I understand where he's coming from (meaning yes I did not return the truck with a full tank, I get it) But he didn't understand where I was coming from. There really was no need for the slight attitude.
Not the best customer service
If rating was a minus zero id rate it at that. Highly recommend using a different company than budget! Most all locations are ran by some shady foreigner. Trucks are not kept up and always dirty. Customer service and Roadside assistance is awful. I will never use budget again.
