I needed a mower deck and gave them a call. They were very nice and helpful over the phone. However, I asked for an estimate on the cost of freight, and I was told every day for four days that they kept calling the supplier to check and kept getting put on hold. I needed the deck ASAP, so I called up an online company and had the deck ordered within five minutes at the same price. I hated to take business away from a local shop, which is why I put up with the delays for four days. Hopefully this isn't everyone's experience, but it was mine. I may give them one more chance if the need arises.
One of the worst places I've ever seen for customer service. The guy who owns the place is rude. I've called trying to order parts . And all I get is " we will call you back" and they never do. You have to continue to call them. And heaven forbid you do order a part from them, they never call you to tell you it's arrived. If I could give this negative stars i would

$60 an hour is crazy expensive for labor. A $3 trigger cost me $33 to put on. The guy talked me in to it too. Why don't you leave it here just in case I have to order another $3 part. Be careful there.
Exceptional service here. Prices are as you expect from a small local business: service work is well priced, but equipment can be a little expensive compared to big box stores .
