Review is 2 stars because or prices-yesterday the associate in store said "we're higher because we carry higher quality"; which is not true. They have the same brands as Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's etc. Just more expensive. I'd love to love this place more but pricing is the big issue.
Extensive hardware, tool and home improvement merchandise selection with knowledgeable staff. Some unexpected finds of stuff not found elsewhere locally.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My son loves the knife section.
Love that this store has everything! I was looking for an old style drain grate, looked online, Amazon, of course the big box stores and it was not to be found, but went into NW TrueValue and there it was! Bought two! They are much more expensive than other stores which is the big and only downside. If they would be price competitive they'd have all five stars! Nice store and if it's oddball they'll have it!
