Had to wait several minutes to get hekp, but they were able to locate what I needed when the people at Lowe's could not
This is a good Home Depot. I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Each staff person I meet speaks and asks if they can be of help.
Ashley and Diane in the appliance department was a great help. Even thought the appliance was purchased at Lowe's they were a better help on getting the appliance fixed.
This is a pretty good Home Depot. Help is hard to find. Help that is knowledgeable is even harder. But, being a college town, the largest portion of the population is transient. They do stay pretty well stocked, I do wish they had more for smaller, craft size projects in lumber, etc in store and not just on line.
